Richard “Dick” N. Coyle of 6501 Avondale Dr; Oklahoma City, OK 73116 who deceased at the age of 83 due to complications from cancer.
Born on Dec. 5, 1932, in Oklahoma City to parents John and Vivian Coyle, Dick attended schools in Oklahoma City, graduating from Classen High and Oklahoma University. Dick served our great nation as a Combat Control Team officer at Sewart AFB, TN during 1956-1957. After serving almost three years in the Air Force, two with combat control teams, Dick returned to Oklahoma City and spent a short time in the oil business and then joined the family's development business.
A member of Christ the King Church, he was active in church life as well as civic and professional affairs. Dick is survived by Teresa Evans, fiancée; son, Price & fiancée, Pam Holliday; son, Nolan & wife Christi; son, Sean & wife Angela and their sons, Andrew, James, and Daniel; nephew, John Coyle III & family; niece, Shannon Manning & family; other family and many good friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, James Mitchel at birth; brother, Bill & wife Katie and their sons, Patrick and Michael; cousin, Carolyn Berry; his sons' mother, Lelah Price Craig; and other relatives and friends .
