We are deeply saddened to announce the untimely passing of TSgt Matthew Mehallick, a dedicated US Air Force Special Operations Combat Controller. TSgt. Mehallick made many sacrifices for our nation, and it is now our turn to honor him by supporting his family during this difficult time.
<b>About TSgt Matthew Mehallick</b>
TSgt Matthew Mehallick served his country with immense pride. Upon graduation from an arduous 2-year Combat Control Pipeline in 2017 he was assigned to his first operational assignment at the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron in Hurlburt Field, Florida. He continued his high level of performance during this period while deploying to CENTCOM and AFRICOM. In 2020, he was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his exceptional meritorious service while serving as the sole JTAC attached to a 7th Special Forces Group ODA while deployed to Afghanistan.

TSgt. Mehallick's untimely passing has left a tremendous void in the lives of his family. His wife, Summer, is now faced with the vital task of raising their two young children without the support of their father. The emotional and financial burden of this loss is immense, and we hope to alleviate some of this strain through your generous donations.
