William Arthur Andrews William "Bill" Arthur Andrews, 62, of Crossett died on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, at his residence. Born on June 22, 1945, in Crossett to Charles Edward and Mary Louise Wafer Andrews, he served in the Air Force for 22 ½ years and the Army for two years.
He was a Baptist. Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Ann Andrews. Survivors include one son, William Rustin Andrews of Irving, TX; two daughters, Shannon Lee Jackson of Ypsilanti, MI, and Shawn Mitchell of Hot Springs; one brother, Harry Andrews of Crossett; four sisters, Carol Justus of Bastrop, LA, Linda Joiner of El Dorado, and Mary Haas, Patsy Koepsel, both of Derby, KS; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were held, September 8, in the Community Chapel Church with Bro. Mike Chain officiating. Pallbearers were Terry Joiner, Eric Jackson, Keith Joiner, Ronnie Clark, Buddy Lephiew, and Jack Johnston. Burial followed at Pinewood Memorial Park under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.
